The Central File / Client Officer is responsible for the management, control and maintenance of client master files, ensuring full compliance with Swiss internal policies, and standards.Review and maintain client central files (individuals, companies, trusts, completeness, accuracy and proper archiving of KYC / KYT periodic and event-driven KYC reviews.Verify onboarding in accordance with FINMA, AML policies.Act as a key contact for Managers regarding requirements.Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk and for file and approvals.Monitor missing or expired documents and follow up proactively.Ensure consistency between client systems and internal and external audits, reviews and in process improvement and to risk to client and compliance.Profile5-10 years of experience in Client / Central File / KYC within banking.Strong knowledge of Swiss banking (FINMA, AMLA).Solid understanding of banking structures (HNWIs, UHNWIs, structures).Detail-oriented with strong skills.Ability to manage a high volume with strict deadlines.Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset.Strong skills and ability to interact with front office.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and environment.Swiss resident and English fluency.A plus.Job OfferNo home this position jid975f8a3aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
