* Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs in first place.
* Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client's accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
* Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
* Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters.
* Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.

* Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills tailored to both experts and non-experts.

* Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office suite.
