You possess
- a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the field of loans
- up-to-date professional knowledge, reinforced by continuing education in banking
- a communicative personality, service- and client-oriented
- a well-established network of contacts and the ability to build a trusting relationship
- a good sense of negotiation, persuasion and initiative
