• a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the areas of investments, pension, and credits
• up-to-date professional knowledge as well as continuing education in the banking sector
• holder of an SAQ certificate for private clients
• a communicative personality
• ambition and a sense of service
• the ability to recognise needs and expectations and you enjoy daily contact with clients
• a wide network of contacts as well as a connection to the region
• good persuasive power and the ability to assert yourself
