The Service of French Language Education (SEnOF) is responsible for pedagogical leadership and management of education at various levels of schooling in the French-speaking part of the canton. It also oversees the pedagogical supervision of private schools and homeschooling. Why join us? In accordance with the guidelines set by the Service of Education and the DFAC, the primary school director manages the operational and pedagogical functioning of their institution, staff management, the quality of education, and acts as a representative of the institution with school partners. They also pay particular attention to the quality of life within the institution and the well-being of the people who work there. If necessary, they resolve any difficulties that may arise. They work closely with municipalities in carrying out their tasks. Desired profile: Teaching diploma for levels 1-2H and/or 3-8H or equivalent. If possible, a CAS in management and leadership of institutions or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching. Desired experience in project management. Ability to establish quality human relationships. Sense of responsibility and proficiency in French, with good knowledge of the German language.
