Prevention, Absence, and Difficulties Specialist Job Description Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, you will join the new team of specialists in prevention, absence, and occupational health and contribute to the implementation of HR policies for well-being at work. Responsibilities Lead projects (prevention of professional risks, support for new teachers and career endings, management and monitoring of individual and complex cases of teachers facing difficulties in their professional environment. Ensure the management and follow-up of individual and complex cases of teachers who are absent. Participate in the ongoing mission of the HR office and in internal collaboration with department respondents. Provide training and information on topics related to your area of activity. The DGEO manages the school of the Canton of Vaud. It carries out its responsibilities in the fields of pedagogy, human resources, the school system, its organization, and its finances. Profile: University degree in work psychology or professional qualification in human resources (Master's, Federal Certificate of Personnel Management Specialist, HEG, IDHEAP) or educational (HEP) or professional qualifications in occupational absence and social insurance or DAS/CAS coaching and individual and/or group support; experience in the field of human resources/legal/psychology in school or work environments/teaching of 5 years. Proven interpersonal and social skills, conflict management skills, self-control and stress management, discretion, keen sense of writing fluency, proficiency in tools. WHO ARE WE?
