You will advise and accompany buyers in their choice of finishes as well as in their requests for modifications. You will analyze their needs, solicit offers from partners and subcontractors to establish quotes, and then coordinate implementation with the project team. You will ensure compliance with project milestones, organize intermediate visits, ensure quality control, and accompany buyers through to the delivery and acceptance of their property.
