PPE Administrator (M/F) – Patrimoine Gérance SA

Patrimoine Gérance is a company within the Patrimoine group, active in all areas of real estate asset management (property management, enhancement, PPE administration, brokerage and works management). Our company is resolutely modern, adopting the most cutting-edge tools on the market to serve its clients (owners, co-owners and tenants) and its subcontractors (suppliers). We are looking for a motivated and competent PPE Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the effective management of our portfolio of condominiums (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of condominiums (PPE) independently.
• Organise and lead general meetings of co-owners, as well as committees.
• Ensure follow-up on decisions made at the general meeting.
• Prepare and manage the budgets of the condominiums.
• Supervise maintenance and renovation works of the buildings.
• Maintain regular communication with co-owners and suppliers.
• Manage contracts and relationships with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PPE administration or a similar role, within a property management company in Switzerland (essential).
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss laws and regulations regarding condominiums.
• Proficiency with modern IT tools and property management software.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigour and organisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French, knowledge of German is an asset.
• Degree or certification in property management (diploma) is a plus.
