To strengthen our team, FMV is looking for a Power Grid Engineer (80% to 100%) by agreement. In this role, you will work in the Networks department.Your mission- You perform medium- and long-term grid calculations in the development plan for the 65 kV grid, searching for and analyzing solutions.- You create hypotheses based on industry documents, contacts with partners, etc.- You create reports from the grid models you manage, which are used for various types of calculations (flow, emergencies, fault currents, etc.) in different scenarios (current, future, seasonal).- You manage and conduct studies in accordance with connection requests or planned projects, contribute to the precise technical dimensioning of high-voltage equipment, and provide support for the Networks department regarding high-voltage grids and supra-regional profiles.Profile- Bachelor or Master degree as an HES Electrical Engineer in electricity (electrical engineering, industrial systems with a focus on Power & Control or energy and environmental technology with a focus on Smart Grid).- 3-5 years of experience in distribution or transmission grids.- Analytical skills, good calculation capacity.- Good knowledge of high voltage.- Mastery of grid calculation software and Excel.- Dynamic, proactive, reliable, imaginative.- Precise, persistent, organized.- Ability to work both independently and in a team.- Native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language (B1-B2).Why work with us?A multidisciplinary, open, and dynamic team looks forward to working with you.
