## Job Description ##
* Provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
* Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
* Assist in maintaining and updating portfolio records and relevant databases.
* Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as required by the team.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
* Support the team in organizing events or workshops, including logistical arrangements.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* A strong educational background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
* Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an asset.
* Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
