In order to strengthen our team of pool workers for various establishments in the canton of VALAIS, we are looking for several Pool Workers - CRS Health Aides / Nursing Aides in EMS.DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONIn these missions as CRS Health Aides / Nursing Aides in EMS, you will integrate into our proactive team and be delegated to different socio-medical establishments (EMS). You will provide basic care (hygiene, assistance with meals, nursing…). Under the responsibility of a nurse, you will assist beneficiaries in daily living activities, taking into account the care project and their level of autonomy. Occasional missions (or long durations). Available between 50% and 100%.PROFILEYou benefit from a CRS Health Aide qualification of 120 hours or a Nursing Aide diploma. Having a sense of responsibility, your versatility and flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulties. You have the ability to apply your skills in service to beneficiaries, families, and relatives, have very good stress management, and demonstrate a good command of written and spoken French is required.
