Polymechanic (100%)To strengthen our technical teams, we are recruiting a:Polymechanic (100%)Main mission and reporting to the Technical Department Manager, you assume the following responsibilities:- Programming, setup, adjustment, and inspection of injection molds using sinker EDM.- Setup and CNC milling of production equipment and parts.- Training of polymechanic apprentices.- Ordering and management of mechanical consumables.- Assembly, adjustment, inspection, and fine-tuning of production equipment.- Active participation in project reviews with the Design Office.Profile- Holding a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in mechanics (Polymechanic or Micromechanic) with a particular interest in micromechanics, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment.- You possess excellent technical knowledge and master CAM and CAD.- You have solid knowledge of micromechanics methods (sinker EDM, milling, turning, adjustment, assembly, inspection).- A methodical and autonomous person, your rigor, your orientation towards results, but also your creativity allow you to finalize innovative ideas and ensure their quality implementation.- You appreciate technical challenges and exchanges and demonstrate a strong customer orientation.- You make meeting deadlines one of your priorities and know how to plan your work and progress accordingly.- You have a curiosity for new technologies and take the initiative to learn about them.- Open-minded, you enjoy working in a team and are attentive to your interlocutors.- You know how to share your experiences and knowledge within the framework of team collaboration.- Proficiency in English and/or German would be an additional asset.We offer a stable and varied position in an environment that values team spirit.
