Your tasks:

Workshop:

• Carry out machining of mechanical parts on CNC machines
• Ensure CAM programming of parts (using Mastercam software)
• Provide technical support to team members
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and processes

Management:

• Organise the work of the polymechanic team according to production priorities
• Support employees in their skills development
• Ensure daily monitoring of performance and quality
• Maintain good team dynamics and a positive working environment

• Guarantee compliance with safety instructions and internal standards

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymechanic or equivalent training

• Solid experience in CNC machining

• Good skills in CAM programming (knowledge of Mastercam software is an advantage).

• Hands-on personality with natural leadership

• Organisational skills, team spirit and solution-oriented

• First experience in supervision is welcome
