Your mission:

We are seeking a Polymechanic or Micromechanic (M/F) whose main tasks will be:

Managing a CNC machine park
Following manufacturing instructions and procedures to ensure daily production complies with quality requirements and productivity objectives
Loading and unloading machines
Changing series and managing priorities
Monitoring production, respecting control frequencies
Ensuring aesthetic and dimensional checks according to defined criteria
Performing computerised production tracking entries ensuring traceability

Your profile:

Education
Diploma in mechanics: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymechanic or equivalent
Experience in milling desired, ideally in machining watch components
Professional skills:
Essential knowledge of CNC milling
Sensitivity to aesthetic criteria
Comfortable with IT tools

Personal skills:
Team player with good communication skills, able to work in a cell
Committed and proactive individual
Dynamic person with good analytical skills and adaptability
Methodical, conscientious and rigorous person
Good visual acuity
