Your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset will help combine craftsmanship, quality, and performance.Responsibilities- You will be the technical reference for polishing within the mixed case sector and will provide support and expertise to polishers, while fostering a good team spirit.- You will actively participate in production.- You will participate in project work and contribute to the performance of the sector through schedule monitoring, daily load distribution, and KPI monitoring.- You will be the guarantor of quality, technical problem-solving in the field, and you will participate in continuous improvement by ensuring the proper application of standards.- You will provide support to the Sector Manager by relaying technical information, accompanying the team in changes through a positive and motivating attitude, and by being a source of proposals.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Your confirmed experience in polishing allows you to be the technical contact for the sector.- You are recognized for your ease of communication, your listening skills, and your diplomacy.- Your ability to unite allows you to support a team of approximately 15 people in support of the manager.- Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented, your good management of priorities allows you to resist pressure.- We recognize in you an open-minded, autonomous person capable of questioning yourself.- Comfortable with digital tools, you easily use the company's digital tools (Office Suite, Teams, etc.).EXPERIENCE WITH USOur HR team is at your disposal, according to your wishes and needs, throughout your experience within our company.
