PolisherSearch for several Polishers / Finishing Specialists – GenevaAs part of supporting several watchmaking manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing specialists to strengthen the production teams.PolisherMissions:- Perform manual finishing on watch bracelet components and watch parts made of precious metals- Carry out polishing, lapping, and buffing work according to the required quality standards- Ensure production monitoring and respect the rates of dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts- Rigorously apply instructions and procedures to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and productivityProfile:- Training in polishing, manual finishing, or equivalent vocational qualification- Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry- Good command of production tools and basics- Ability to work in shifts, including 3x8 jidabdd38aaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
