Search for several Polishers / Finishing Specialists - GenevaAs part of supporting several watchmaking manufacturers based in Geneva, we are looking for several polishers / manual finishing specialists to strengthen the production teams.- Perform manual finishing on bracelet components and watch parts made of precious metals- Carry out polishing, lapping, and buffing work according to required quality standards- Ensure production monitoring and respect the rates of dimensional and aesthetic quality of the produced parts- Rigorously apply instructions and procedures- Actively participate in continuous quality and process improvement- CFC in polishing, manual finishing, or equivalent AFP- Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 4 years in manual finishing- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry- Good command of production tools and basics- Available for 2x8 and 3x8 shifts jid31ffe2aaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
