Your main tasks include: Conducting prevention actions in school, extracurricular, or related environments regarding security issues faced by young people. Participating in the supervision and follow-up of prevention assistants and implementing prevention campaigns with internal and external partners. Identifying and addressing, with a focus on sustainable resolution, certain situations that have required or may require police intervention. Maintaining close ties with educational institutions, local authorities, and the local community. Promoting a preventive approach to security by favoring dialogue and collaboration whenever possible. Participating in the missions of the North Vaudois Police, particularly during events or engagements with police assistance. Ensuring the writing of reports and documents related to interventions carried out. Profile: Federal police certificate or deemed equivalent, instructor in educational and pedagogical M1 X with 3 to 5 years of experience in police assistance desired. Strong interest in prevention, safety, and working with young people. Ability to work independently while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Good listening skills and the ability to establish a relationship of trust. Excellent writing skills in French; proficiency in common tools. Occasional availability in the evenings, at night, or on weekends according to the needs of the service.
