To strengthen our teams, we are advertising a position for:Project Manager PMOYour main missions:- Oversee and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently- Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, reviews, brainstorming, closures)- Ensure the tracking of progress, timelines, and risks- Guarantee the quality and compliance of project deliverables- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders- Escalate blocking points according to defined rules- Ensure traceability of decisions and commitments- Guarantee and promote PMO methodology in project managementYour background:- Bachelor’s degree or further education in project management in the tertiary sector in Switzerland- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a project management roleYour skills:- Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods- Knowledge of the banking environment is essential- Proficiency in French is required.
