In this context, we are looking for a PMO / Facility Management Project Manager to lead various strategic projects.


Your mission

You will contribute to the transformation and performance of our campus by managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring their end-to-end execution.
You will be involved in:
  • renovation, transformation and construction projects
  • the layout of production and office spaces
  • energy and decarbonisation initiatives
  • the digitalisation of Facility Management tools (CAFM, CMMS, reporting)

Your responsibilities

PMO – Overall management

  • Develop a consolidated vision of the project portfolio
  • Prepare and monitor investment budgets
  • Prioritise projects and coordinate resources
  • Implement and track performance indicators
  • Anticipate and manage risks
  • Provide regular reporting to management

Project management

  • Manage projects through all SIA phases
  • Analyse needs and define technical solutions
  • Plan, budget and monitor costs, deadlines and quality
  • Manage tenders and coordinate partners
  • Supervise the execution of works
  • Ensure the acceptance and commissioning of installations

Your profile

Education

  • Engineer in building technologies, energy or equivalent qualification
  • Project management certification is an asset

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate project management
  • Proven experience in the various SIA phases
  • Experience in an industrial environment or complex projects is desirable

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of building technologies (HVAC, electricity)
  • Good understanding of architectural interfaces
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (Revit is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, AEAI, MINERGIE)
