Job Description We are looking for a Sanitary Heating Technician with a CFC to join our team as an employee. Main responsibilities will include the maintenance and troubleshooting of central heating systems, plumbing, and sanitary equipment. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues and providing preventive maintenance services to ensure the proper functioning of systems. This full-time position is located in Orzens and requires work in central heating and LPG: Expertise in the installation and maintenance of central heating systems and systems using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Plumbing Skills: Experience in managing and maintaining plumbing systems and equipment. Building Maintenance Experience: Knowledge of maintenance protocols necessary to ensure the proper functioning of building systems. Customer Service: Good skills in interacting with clients and responding to their needs in a satisfactory manner. Preferred Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical plans, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently. Desired: 5 years of experience in the field.
