### **The Role** ###
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a **state-of-the-art automated filling line**, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You-ll be the go-to technical expert for the system, working cross-functionally to drive improvements, support operational readiness, and lead maintenance and troubleshooting strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end automation, contribute to life-changing products, and support a committed production team through knowledge transfer and hands-on leadership.

### **Key Responsibilities** ###
* Oversee the full operational readiness and technical management of a **highly automated filling line**
* Serve as **technical lead and systems expert**, supporting hardware, software, and interface platforms
* Conduct **equipment qualification and format requalification**
* Develop and implement a **maintenance and reliability strategy**
* Identify **root causes and process improvement opportunities** in close collaboration with QA and production teams
* Act as primary liaison for isolator, Scada, and associated systems
* Lead **onboarding and system training** for production personnel

### **Requirements** ###
* **Technical degree** (preferably in **mechanical engineering**, **mechatronics**, or similar)
* **Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry**, ideally in **fill & finish operations**
* Strong **affinity for automation and electronic systems**
* A **collaborative mindset** with adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Proven **problem-solving skills** and a **continuous improvement** approach
* **Fluent in German and English** (spoken and written)
* Motivated by challenges and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the organization
