Plant HR Manager (100%)



What awaits you:

As Plant HR Manager, you are accountable for end-to-end HR at site level and translate the global people strategy into a robust site roadmap supporting business performance, operational excellence, workforce readiness, and full compliance.

Site HR Leadership & Business Partnering

  • Define and deliver the Site HR Roadmap aligned with global strategy
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team
  • Drive performance, leadership effectiveness, and organisational health
  • Lead change, transformation, and cultural initiatives
  • Manage HR budget and improve process efficiency
  • Represent the site in global HR initiatives

Employee Relations, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure labour law compliance and manage employee relations (investigations, grievances, disputes)
  • Engage with employee representatives and social partners
  • Represent HR in internal and external audits
  • Ensure ethics, integrity, and a strong speak-up culture
  • Enforce policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

Talent, Leadership & Engagement

  • Lead workforce planning aligned with current and future needs
  • Oversee recruitment for critical roles
  • Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Ensure high-quality onboarding and employee development
  • Execute learning & development initiatives
  • Support internal communication and employer branding

Payroll, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll and benefits governance
  • Partner with Total Rewards on compensation practices
  • Oversee time & attendance, absenteeism, and HR data quality
  • Ensure proper HR administration and reporting governance

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting
  • Use HR KPIs to support data-driven decisions
  • Monitor trends (retention, engagement, performance, workforce risks)

How you convince us:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labour Relations, Psychology, HR Management, or related field
  • You have 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a multinational environment
  • You have proven site-level manufacturing HR leadership experience
  • You have experience in matrix and/or multi-site organisations
  • You are strong in strategic thinking and business acumen
  • You have solid labour relations expertise
  • You have the ability to influence, lead change, and drive transformation
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have a high integrity, cultural awareness, and interpersonal impact
  • You are fluent in French and English; German is a plus
