Physiotherapist at 80%La Echaud is an institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or severe, medically recognized cerebral palsy, often with various associated disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists in Cugy, we are looking for an individual to start at a date to be agreed upon:Physiotherapist at 80%The Position:- Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and art therapists), with a wide range of therapies in the therapy room and in living groups, including physiotherapy in water.- Be attentive to the teams supporting the beneficiaries.- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor the therapeutic programs and educational projects of the beneficiaries.- Participate in meetings to review beneficiary support.- Organize orthopedic appointments for beneficiaries.- Collaborate with families and legal representatives.- Create and update therapeutic files for beneficiaries.- Collaborate with external partners.Profile:- Degree or title recognized by the Red Cross.- Sensitive to the needs of people with disabilities.- Interest in integrating and getting involved in an integrated therapy concept.- Ease in teamwork and reliability.- Good knowledge of French.Framework:- Varied teamwork, rich in contacts, based on trust and respect.- Pleasant working environment in modern premises and facilities.- Friendly atmosphere.- Internal training and possibility of continuing education.- Fitness cafeteria available.- 5 weeks of vacation.- Salary conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the parapublic social sector.Please send your complete application (CV, cover letter, copies of diplomas and work certificates). jid05ac6e1aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
