The Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that accommodates 80 adults with multiple disabilities or severe medically recognised cerebral palsy, often with various additional disorders and impairments.

To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential centre, we are looking for a candidate for a date to be agreed upon, a:

Physiotherapist at 80%

The Position:

• Work within a team of dynamic therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist and art therapist), with a large degree of autonomy.
• Conduct therapies in the therapy room and in living groups, including respiratory physiotherapy.
• Collaborate with and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor therapeutic programmes and educational projects for the beneficiaries.
• Participate in review meetings on beneficiary support.
• Organise beneficiaries’ orthopaedic appointments.
• Collaborate with families and legal representatives.
• Maintain and update beneficiaries’ therapeutic records.
• Collaborate with external partners.

The Profile:

• Physiotherapy diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Awareness of multiple disabilities.
• Interest in integrating and engaging in a concept of integrated therapies.
• Comfortable working in a team, organised and reliable.
• Good computer skills.
