A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a set of skills adapted to their needs and requirements. Integrated into Eben-Hézer, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. In this capacity, it considers the happiness of the people welcomed as the central focus of its action.MissionFor the people welcomed at the Cité du Genévrier, residing there means, among other things, being able to benefit from a whole range of activities, therapies, and leisure pursuits. We are particularly committed to this. This is why, in order to complete our dynamic team of therapists, we are looking for a physiotherapist between 20% and 40%. You will collaborate with the team to offer physiotherapy support intended for a population with mental and/or physical disabilities. You will carry out physiotherapy sessions in order to treat functional limitations resulting from injuries and illnesses affecting the muscles, joints, bones, as well as the neurological, respiratory, and cardiac systems. In addition, you will also have the possibility to develop adapted sports activities for the residents. Finally, you will have the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary manner with your fellow therapists from various professions, to share knowledge and group activities with the residents.Desired Profile- With a HES physiotherapy degree (foreign degrees with Red Cross recognition or in the process of being obtained)- Having experience in the field of intellectual disability and multiple disabilities, an asset- The ability to work in a team and in partnership with various internal partners- Endowed with interpersonal skills, an open mind, and a capacity for listening and empathy- Able to combine the implementation of technical gestures and quality in exchangesWork EnvironmentWithin the framework of this permanent contract, you will be able to benefit from an interesting and varied social program, as well as the working conditions and social benefits of the CCT of the Vaud parapublic social sector with 6 weeks of vacation, 7 weeks from the age of 50.
