We are looking for our agency in Geneva, a personnel consultant (m/f) at 80 to 100% in the INDUSTRY/TECHNICAL sector to strengthen our teams. You ideally have experience and/or professional experience in the field (industry), have already had a successful experience in the HR sector (micromechanics industry, pharmaceutical industry...) and particularly in Switzerland. You possess good negotiation and sales skills, know how to approach clients in a proactive and professional manner. You have a good knowledge of the technical professions in the sector in which you operate. You are autonomous and proactive in sourcing. You have a sense of listening and service, are challenge-oriented, while ensuring quality work.
