## Job Description ##

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a central role in the smooth running of the household and related operations, acting as a trusted right-hand to the Principal.

Your responsibilities will include:

Household & property management (core focus)

* Overseeing day-to-day home operations and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards

* Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and resolving any household issues
* Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
* Monitoring inventory and ensuring all household needs are anticipated and fulfilled
* Supervising and organizing domestic activities where required



Administrative & operational support

* Handling office-related administration, mail management, and database updates
* Supporting general organization and coordination across activities



Financial & accounting tasks

* Processing invoices and payments (Winbiz)
* Supporting basic accounting and financial tracking



Light agenda coordination

* Managing key scheduling elements such as meetings, travel, and reservations when necessary

## The Successful Applicant ##

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

* Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Private Household Manager role
* Strong experience in household management / property oversight / private service environment
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
* High level of discretion, reliability, and service mindset
* Ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities independently
* Fluency in French and Spanish, with a good command of English
* Solid writing skills and attention to detail
* Good command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Winbiz is a plus
* Accounting knowledge appreciated
