For one of our clients an international private structure based in Geneva, we are seeking a
**Personal Assistant (H/F) **
for a permanent part-time position.
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**
* Manage and coordinate agendas, meetings and appointments
* Organize travel arrangements and related logistics
* Prepare and draft correspondence and documentation
* Support event coordination when required
* Oversee general administrative matters
* Maintain records, databases and internal documentation
* Liaise with external partners and service providers
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination
**PROFIL ATTENDU**
* Relevant education supporting senior administrative responsibilities
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or senior support role
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Confident and polished business presence
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Background in hospitality or supervisory roles is considered a plus
* Fluent French, English, Spanish and Italian
