## Job Description ##
* **Meeting Coordination:** Organize and manage meetings, both in-person and virtually, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.
* **Calendar Management:** Maintain and prioritize complex calendars, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize time and commitments.
* **Team Support:** Provide scheduling assistance to other team members when required, ensuring alignment across agendas.
* **Administrative Arrangements:** Handle various bookings such as appointments, reservations, and transportation logistics with discretion and efficiency.
* **Travel Management:** Plan and execute comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, ground transfers, and detailed itineraries.
* **Expense & Financial Administration:** Process expense reports and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
