Le Noirmont or Brügg Start date: as soon as possible Permanent contract - Referent (M/F) Le Noirmont or Brügg Start date: as soon as possible As a Referent within the Human Resources Department of Hermès Horloger, you are responsible for defining and managing the process from needs assessment to implementation. You coordinate internal and external partners, support employees and managers, and ensure the management of learning. You also contribute to the initiatives of the Hermès Group and actively participate in the life of the Department as part of your missions:1. Definition and management of learning: you identify, collect, and analyze learning needs from managers and employees. You propose a vision and actions aligned with the needs of Hermès Horloger and the Group. You build, deploy, and monitor the annual plan, while developing and managing the associated budget. You select external partners, adapt and validate educational content, and analyze participant feedback to propose improvement areas. You advise employees and managers, ensuring regular monitoring of developments in the field of Learning Management, and organize internal and external training sessions, handling logistics, communications, and overall follow-up. You create sessions in the dedicated tool, enroll participants, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly concerning attendance, reporting, and evaluations. You manage financial aspects related to training, such as expense reports and invoices, and support employees in their administrative procedures. 2. Management of learning: you follow the life cycle of apprentices, from recruitment to ongoing follow-up and collaboration with schools. You support apprentices and ensure the quality of their learning experience. You also contribute to the local dynamics of watchmaking apprenticeships by participating in dedicated committees and events.3. Contribution to Group HR programs: you are the primary contact for Group and Network teams for Hermès Horloger. You participate in Development committees and events of the Hermès Group. You organize and monitor transversal internal programs, such as exchange weeks or discovery of specific professions. Profile: You have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on learning and training management. You hold a degree (license or master's), ideally in HR or management. You demonstrate impeccable discretion and a keen sense of confidentiality. Your interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and open-mindedness allow you to interact easily with a diverse range of individuals. You possess leadership qualities, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent listening skills, and are methodical. You are diligent, organized, and proactive, able to work independently while effectively collaborating with your team and reporting to your hierarchy.
