**Job title-- Operations Site Controller (77853)**

**Location-- Geneva, Switzerland**

 

The position of Perfumery & Beauty Operations Site Controller assists Perfumery & Beauty Operations Site Lead Controller in controlling activities for 2 manufacturing sites in Geneva.

In this role you will participate in the monthly Period End Closing, analyze and comment the COGS variances of the plant in accordance with the Group Controlling & Financial procedures.

You will have a leading role in preparing and analyzing reporting and scorecards for the 2 sites accordingly with the Group and Financial procedures including cost per kilogram metric.

You will also be involved in Budget and Forecast processes.

 

**Key Responsibilities: **

* Participate in the monthly Period End Closing for Geneva as an entity, revised annual forecast (RAF) and the annual budget process for the sites.
* Support and challenge the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization, and investment decisions.
* Contribute to building up performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement.
* Review and set the annual standard costs and ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines for standard costing.
* Aspire to be the -single point of contact- for the Site management team in providing the necessary business support required.

**You Bring:**

* Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Business and Economics or master-s in finance.
* Min 5 years- work experience in manufacturing cost accounting / controlling with relevant experience in product cost accounting.
* Proficiency with SAP FI/CO modules.
* Ability to cope with strict deadlines and time schedules within a matrix reporting relationship.
* Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings. Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability.
* Fluency in French and English is a must.
