To strengthen our pediatric unit, we are looking for the following specialist:Job Description- Ensure consultations to monitor the health of infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their growth and development.- Perform diagnosis and management of common and complex pathologies by adopting a personalized and caring approach.- Inform parents and accompany them in understanding and managing infantile pathologies, favoring a preventive approach.- Develop prevention and screening actions according to current standards, and participate in public health campaigns in child health.- Collaborate with other specialists (cardiology, neurology, etc.) to ensure multidisciplinary care adapted to the needs of patients.- Update medical records and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee optimal continuity of care.- Supervise and transmit expertise to young doctors and nursing teams in a continuous improvement approach.Profile- Medical degree with a specialization recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence.- Registration or MEBEKO recognition in Switzerland or in the process of being obtained.- Proven experience in general pediatrics and ability to manage a diversity of acute and chronic pathologies.- Aptitude for working with children and their families.- Skills in managing emergency situations.- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different actors in the care pathway.Additional InformationWe offer a varied and stimulating activity within a dynamic establishment in constant evolution.
