Accès Personnel recruits and recognizes all talent!What if you tried a new experience in Home Hospitalization (HAD)?We are looking for a Home Hospitalization (HAD) Nurse for one of our Geneva-based clients specializing in home care.Home Hospitalization (HAD) NurseAs part of your duties, you will be in charge of:- Carrying out nursing care rounds in the Canton of Geneva, provided with a company car.- Ensuring technical care independently.- Proposing personalized care based on the child's needs.- Ensuring the traceability of care and information essential to the care provided.- Participating in assessing the child's needs in order to establish a precise care plan.- Participating in the coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team.What we offer you:- A reference structure specializing in home care that places particular importance on the quality of care and local proximity.- Care rounds within a restricted geographical perimeter, by bicycle, car, or on foot.- Schedule in continuous day shifts, evening shifts, or split shifts.Profile:- You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition.- You have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse.- You have successful prior experience in a hospital or Home Hospitalization (HAD) service.- You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network.- You are flexible, autonomous, and know how to manage your emotions.- You have a vehicle and are comfortable on a bicycle (a plus).- Are you open to temporary assignments?Why join us?Do you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to join a dynamic structure with a caring and close-knit team?
