Our client: Experienced Payroll Manager - Temporary 12 monthsOur client: A large bankExperienced Payroll Manager - Temporary 12 monthsJob description- Manage the entire payroll cycle for the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, and other elements related to occupational pension schemes (LPP) and social insurance- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements regarding payroll and pension schemes in Switzerland- Control the quality and accuracy of salary and social data- Carry out declarations and follow-ups with social organizations and pension funds- Participate in periodic closings and tasks related to payroll- Identify and resolve anomalies or discrepancies in payroll and social contributions- Advise and support managers and HR partners on questions of payroll, social insurance, and occupational pension schemes- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and internal controls- Ensure regulatory monitoring to guarantee the compliance of practices with legal developments- Participate in projects related to payroll systems and processes and employee benefits managementProfile- Confirmed experience (Min. 5 years) in Swiss payroll management and occupational pension schemes in a large company- Excellent knowledge of Swiss legislation regarding salaries, social insurance, and pension funds- Mastery of payroll management tools and systems (Very good command of Abacus)- Residence in Switzerland- Available immediately (Ideal start date July 1st)Required qualities- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Great rigor and attention to detail- Excellent organizational skills and respect for deadlines- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- Good communication skills and sense of service jid788a0b2aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
