Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll across multiple cantons, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.Missions- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across three Swiss cantons- Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll tax and social security requirements- Handle inquiries from internal stakeholders- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners where applicable- Maintain and update employee payroll data within the system- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required- Contribute to payroll process improvements and system enhancementsProfile- Experience in payroll in Switzerland- Background in a fiduciary/treuhand environment is highly valued, or strong experience managing in-house payroll- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, and working with ERP systems (a strong plus)- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams- Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus)Conditions and Benefits- An international and dynamic working environment- Exposure to multi-cantonal payroll complexity- A stable, full-time position (100%)- Flexibility with 1 day of home office per week- Opportunities to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements jid2ca61f1aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
