## Job Description ##

Lead and support payroll transition activities from existing payroll providers to new providers.

Manage and oversee global payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
*

Work closely with Employer of Record (EoR) partners to support payroll and compliance requirements.
*

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues and inquiries.
*

Ensure payroll compliance with local laws and regulations across all relevant jurisdictions.
*

Assist in continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
*

Provide expertise and guidance on global payroll best practices and process optimization.





## The Successful Applicant ##

Proven experience with payroll transitions and implementations.
*

Strong background in global payroll management and working with multiple payroll providers.
*

Experience working with Employer of Record (EoR) partnerships is essential.
*

Knowledge of local payroll laws and compliance requirements across various countries.
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
*

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
