We are seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to join its high-performing HR team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll excellence and HR delivery across Switzerland and selected European entities.Our client is a prestigious company based in Geneva.MissionsPayroll ownership & compliance (core focus)- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Swiss regulations- Act as the key point of contact for payroll, liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers- Monitor payroll quality, perform controls, and resolve discrepancies proactively- Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law, social security, and tax requirements- Contribute to the enhancement and continuous improvement of payroll processesHR & employee lifecycle- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding- Maintain employee records within HR systems- Handle HR administration such as employment contracts and work permits- Support the coordination of junior and temporary recruitment activities- Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, delivering a high level of service and responsivenessProjects & continuous improvement- Drive improvements in HR processes with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and integrity- Contribute actively to HR systems enhancement- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment and consistency of practicesProfile- Proven experience in payroll and HR, ideally within an international or complex environment- Strong expertise in Swiss payroll, including legal and compliance aspects (essential)- Solid experience in HR administration with excellent organizational and communication skills- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality payroll outputs- Solution-driven mindset, with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements- Strong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented and proactive approach- Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools- Fluent in French and EnglishConditions et Avantages- Full time permanent contract. jida4627daaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
