In this position, you actively contribute to the work of the HR team, which is responsible at Innosuisse for all processes related to human resources.Tasks:- With your colleague, you are responsible for the entire payroll process and salary processing.- You enter and update personnel data in the Abacus HR system and generally provide support to managers for the maintenance and development of the system.- You ensure efficient personnel administration and support the team in personnel management.- You participate in internal projects and assume various special tasks assigned by management.Requirements:- For this demanding activity, we are looking for an HR specialist with training in the fields of payroll management, social security, and source tax.- You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable function and possess in-depth knowledge in the field of social security and labor law.- You have a strong affinity for IT tools with good mastery of Abacus as well as the MS Office suite (particularly Excel).
