We are looking for one of our clients based in Vésenaz, a human-sized structure, an experienced Payroll & HR Manager at 100%. You will be responsible for the entire payroll process, as well as the management and legal aspects of resources. Experienced Payroll and HR Manager Main missions: - Establishing salary statements: pay slips, calculating social charges, and managing associated formalities.- Formalities related to personnel movements: managing announcements of arrivals and departures, requests for work permits for foreigners, managing dealings with insurance in case of illness, accident, or other events.- Managing the HR calendar: and key HR events such as annual reviews, career assessments, and other important HR actions. Monitoring deadlines and ensuring the smooth and optimal management of the different stages of the calendar in order to ensure a seamless management of HR resources: Keeping the HR resources updated and managing employee files according to internal processes and documents: Review and update of internal documents related to the management of human resources.
