Description du poste :

* Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring the HRD is kept updated throughout the process.
* Coordinating with benefits providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
* Communicating benefits information to employees and handling queries, regularly reviewing and suggesting improvements to benefits programs.
* Providing reports on benefits usage and trends to management.
* Provide accurate payroll information, encompassing starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, transfers, flex benefit selection etc. in line with Payroll deadlines.
* Respond to employee queries on any matters to do with Benefits and Payroll
* Managing employee benefits programs.

Description du profil :

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and be a team player.
* Able to operate within a multi site environment
* International payroll experience (desirable, not essential)
* Knowledge of benefits administration and related legal requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases.
