Your mission: Prepare recipes according to technical sheets and selected products. Ensure quality and visual presentation strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Prepare meals while respecting prescribed dietary restrictions. Ensure production: mastery of cooking techniques and required skills: Mastery of culinary techniques. Excellent knowledge of products and kitchen equipment. Ability to apply and enforce hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP). Control and culinary skills. Ability to organize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to accommodate different dietary restrictions: low-salt, diabetic, modified textures. Profile: Certificate of Professional Competence in baking-pastry-making (or equivalent title).
