As part of the development of our culinary offering, we are looking for a passionate and rigorous Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Lake Side brigade.JOIN THE LAKE SIDE BRIGADE – HÔTEL BEAULAC, NEUCHÂTELAS ACHEF DE PARTIE 100%Possibility of accommodation during the trial periodYour main missions:- Create and plate à la carte desserts, in harmony with the style of a modern and refined brasserie.- Participate in the creation of desserts for banquets and special events, while ensuring consistent quality.- Ensure neat, precise, and regular production, in compliance with the establishment's standards.- Work autonomously in the pastry section, while collaborating effectively with the rest of the brigade.- Strictly respect hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).Examples of desserts currently served at Lake Side:- Crêpes Suzette- Lemon meringue tart- Cream with seasonal fruits- Smooth mousseProfile sought:- Confirmed experience (minimum 2 years) as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a brasserie or 4-star hotel- Excellent mastery of pastry fundamentals- Team spirit, attention to detail, and love for well-done work- Dynamism, rigor, and exemplary professionalism- Excellent command of French (native language or equivalent)Do you have successful experience in pastry in a 4-star hotel or a brasserie?
