La Maison Martel, founded in 1818, is among the first Swiss artisan chocolatiers. Martel offers a wide range of chocolates, macarons, viennoiseries, pastries, confectionery, and ice creams for sale and tasting in its nine boutiques/tea rooms located in the canton of Geneva.

Martel also stands out for its catering service and the excellence of its chocolates, made from a rigorous selection of the finest cocoa beans.

We are looking for Pastry Chefs / Caterers (M/F) for our Praille site at 100%

Pastry Chef / Caterer

• Preparation, baking and production of various products
• Tourier / Viennoiserie
• Management of raw materials
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and current professional regulations: hygiene, safety, work...
• Night working hours 11pm-8am
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Pastry diploma qualification
• Initiative and excellent priority management
