You propose a clear, consistent, and high-quality multichannel approach to ensure easy travel for customers, even in case of disruptions. As an agile team member, you support the various projects and activities of the marketing service when it is enthusiastic, and you accompany apprentices in their development and requests.You hold a vocational diploma in commerce (or equivalent), have experience in customer service, and are familiar with the usual Microsoft Office tools, and ideally, you are already acquainted with Adobe. You know the canton of Neuchâtel well as you navigate it regularly, as well as the workings of public transport. You have excellent writing skills; you master the art of communication and your common sense helps you find solutions beneficial to passengers.
