Your key responsibilities
Legal*Prepare and regularly update relevant contract and notification templates (such as CDAs, services agreements, termination notices, assignment agreements, amendment agreements, consulting agreements with non-HCPs etc.)
*Draft, review and independently negotiate certain types of agreements
*Streamline the contract management process through the preparation and roll-out of a proper contract management SOP followed by regular training
*Prepare and update other relevant guidance documents such as document retention policy or dawn raid SOP
*Manage the automation of the contract preparation and review process via Tillotts` contract management system
*Compile monthly legal updates to the senior management and prepare other required presentations and forms
*Manage meetings of the Legal department
*Monitor compliance with Tillotts` signature rules and provide training, as needed
Compliance
*Contribute to the development and maintenance of Tillotts Pharma compliance program in line with international laws and regulations
*Review and assess interactions with Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations and Patient Organizations for compliance with internal policies and industry standards; draft and review related agreements
*Review and advice on promotional and non-promotional materials under marketing, advertising, and promotional regulations for pharmaceutical products
*Support various compliance processes, including in the areas of third-party due diligence, anti-bribery and anti-corruption and avoiding conflicts of interest
*Draft, review and update internal guidance documents
*Develop and deliver compliance trainings
*Collaborate in cross-border projects with compliance specialists in Tillotts Pharma AG’s affiliates
*Provide guidance on compliance matters to business clients across departments
Who you are
- Completed training as paralegal or law studies
- minimum of 5 years of experience as paralegal lin legal and compliance functions, ideally in the life science industry
- Business fluency in English and German
- Team player with an independent and proactive attitude
- strong interpersonal and communications skills
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail
