We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal / Contract Manager to support a broad range of legal and corporate matters, including contract management, intellectual property, corporate governance and legal operations.

You will work closely with the Director Legal Services and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to legal projects, ensuring smooth documentation processes and supporting compliance initiatives.

This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys both hands-on legal work and project ownership in an international environment with chances to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Operational Support

  • Draft, review and manage a variety of legal agreements and templates
  • Support day-to-day legal requests from internal stakeholders
  • Prepare litigation materials and maintain evidence files
  • Coordinate document legalizations and signatures

Intellectual Property 

  • Coordinate trademark registration and renewals and manage portfolio 
  • Assist with IP enforcement and brand protection activities
  • Manage documentation related to IP matters and liaise with external counsel

Corporate Governance 

  • Support corporate governance activities and maintain corporate records
  • Track Directors & Officers documentation and updates
  • Execute and oversee KYC/UBO processes and related reporting
  • Assist with audits and compliance-related initiatives

Legal Operations & Administration

  • Maintain legal databases and document management systems
  • Track and organize legal documentation and reporting
  • Manage invoices and purchase orders related to legal services within authority limits
  • Contribute to the improvement of legal templates and processes

Projects & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional legal projects and initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external providers
  • Support the development and delivery of legal and compliance trainings

Profile

  • Solid experience in a similar paralegal or contract management role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and effective communication (able to simplify complex matters)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
