Your mission / Supporting the sector manager, you coordinate and supervise the teams on site. You organise interventions, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and deadline regulations. You participate in road marking work, both day and night, ensuring the safety of colleagues and users. You prepare surfaces and apply markings in accordance with current standards. You maintain and refurbish street furniture, playgrounds, and carry out painting and renovation work in municipal buildings. Acting as the sector manager’s deputy, you control the quality and conformity of completed work and ensure the proper functioning of vehicles, equipment, and site materials. During the winter period, you participate in snow clearance services and undertake on-call duties, requiring residence near La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Your profile / Personal skills / Holder of a painter’s Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in similar activities. You have a sense of organisation and responsibility, enjoy teamwork, and possess genuine supervisory skills. You hold a driving licence (category B). Organised, you are flexible, rigorous, and accustomed to heavy work. Comfortable with night work and irregular hours, you can work independently and take initiative.

Desired start date / 1^st October 2026 or by agreement.
