Description

For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and orthopedics, we are seeking a Senior Packaging Technology Leader.Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the transfer of new packaging products to the site.
  • Develop new packaging designs or modify existing formats for product launches, focusing on new machine format parts.
  • Optimize packaging formats and components to align with marketing/sales requirements, production requests, or cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure packaging specifications comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and production capabilities.
  • Support site packaging strategies, improvements, and root cause analyses.
  • Introduce new packaging suppliers.
  • Review packaging instructions and artworks.
  • Update procedures related to these activities.
  • Investigate deviations or product non-conformities.


    • Profile:


  • Degree in packaging engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards continuous improvement.
  • Dynamic and curious personality, unafraid to voice opinions and bring fresh perspectives to processes.
  • Strong team player, comfortable in a cross-cultural, multitasking environment.
  • Interest in and inclination towards eco-design in packaging would be appreciated.
  • Fluent in French and English.
