international company in the global agribusiness market in 4333 Münchwilen (AG) we are looking
for a Packaging Data and Operations Specialist - temp. assignment (100%), min. 1 year

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Data and Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist to join their Product Technology & Engineering team in Münchwilen AG. In this role, you will be crucial in managing all packaging-related data within our master data management systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting the packaging code lifecycle, and enabling operational efficiency. You will also ensure packaging compliance with relevant legislation and requirements for transporting dangerous goods.

• Ensures the management of all packaging-related data within master data management systems, maintaining data
  integrity, supporting the packaging code lifecycle, and enabling operational efficiency.
• Understands basic requirements for packaging and transporting dangerous goods.
• Ensures that all operations under direct control comply with the client's Health, Safety & Environment policies
• Contributes to collaboration and interaction with other PT&E groups (Analytical, , Application, Formulation
  development and Formulation Engineering) and Logistics to support delivering the best product experience for our
  customers
• Assist in basic interactions with external partners, such as suppliers and technology partners, to support packaging
  projects
• Develop awareness of project timelines and resource needs
• Learn to follow schedules and seek guidance to prioritize
  tasks effectively
• Coordinates specific project components, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion. Monitors
  progress against defined milestones, identifies potential issues, and proposes solutions
• Collects and tracks project costs, performing basic cost analysis.

Profile

• Proficient in Data Management
• Solid understanding of Compliance and Regulatory, Cost Management, and Operational Excellence (proficiency level will align with role level: Basic for Specialist, Proficient for Senior Specialist).
• Foundational understanding of related areas such as Data Science & Digitalization, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Innovation, Packaging Development, Project Management, and Quality.
• English C1 Level is required; German is beneficial.
• Specialist level: basic experience (1-2 years) in data management, documentation, or administrative support roles.
• Senior Specialist level: proven experience (3-5+ years) in data management, documentation, project coordination, or operational support, preferably within a technical or regulated environment
• Successful leadership of pack development projects and experience in applying cross-functional stakeholder management at a local level are highly valued.
